To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Out Industries, LLC (“All Out Industries”) shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance, installation, or operation of any products sold, even if All Out Industries has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation may not apply in certain circumstances.
Typographical Errors
In the event that an All Out Industries product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system error, or pricing information received from a supplier, All Out Industries reserves the right to:
Refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and
Cancel any such orders even if payment has already been processed.
If your credit card or method of payment has already been charged and the order is cancelled, All Out Industries will issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.

DISCLAIMER – COMPETITION / RACE USE ONLY PRODUCTS
By completing a purchase, the buyer (“User”) acknowledges, represents, and agrees to the following:
This off-road, race-only product (“Product”) is designed exclusively for use in organized, sanctioned amateur or professional racing events, including closed-course and open-course racing approved by a recognized racing organization.
This Product is NOT legal for use on public roads, highways, or for recreational off-road use outside of sanctioned competition.
The User agrees that:
The Vehicle in which the Product is installed will be used solely for competition purposes.
The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Out Industries, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, distributors, and dealers from any and all damages, penalties, fines, claims, injuries, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the purchase, installation, or use of this Product.
The User further acknowledges:
Use of this Product outside competition may violate federal, state, and local environmental or motor vehicle laws.
Use of this Product may void manufacturer warranties on the Vehicle or associated components.
Use or improper installation of this Product may render the Vehicle unsafe and may result in personal injury, property damage, or death.
Improper integration of this Product with other components may also result in injury, damage, or death.
THIS PRODUCT IS FOR COMPETITION/RACE USE ONLY. ANY OTHER USE IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.
IF YOU INTEND TO USE THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES, DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
Returns
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the item. All returned products must:
Be in like-new, unused condition
Be complete with all original parts, accessories, and packaging
Be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
All Out Industries, LLC is not responsible for:
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from carrier negligence
Replacement or reimbursement of items damaged in transit without shipping insurance
All items are packaged securely before shipment to minimize the risk of damage.
Shipping insurance is optional and may be purchased at the customer’s discretion.
